HEC jobs Online Application Process:
- To apply, candidates must utilize the online portal available on the HEC website at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. There is no requirement to send physical copies of CVs and documents.
- Candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and its nearby areas will undergo tests/interviews through Audio/Video conferencing, conducted at convenient locations such as Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar. However, only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria for positions advertised in BPS-01 to BPS-04 will proceed to the interview stage.
- For posts ranging from BPS-05 to BPS-16, applicants must deposit an application processing fee of Rs. 600/- into the designated online account (A/C No. 17427900133401) at Habib Bank Ltd. Proof of payment must be uploaded on the HEC website at https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
- Candidates currently employed in government positions must follow the proper channel for application. General age relaxation of five (05) years is already incorporated, with further relaxation adhering to government regulations.
- Selected individuals may be assigned to any location within Pakistan. Travel allowances will not be provided for test/interview appearances. HEC reserves the right to reject applications without providing reasons and to adjust the number of vacancies.
- The deadline for online applications is 01-04-2024. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
