HEC has announced the registration for the Special Graduate Assessment Test (SGAT) for 2023, For Students of Unrecognized Colleges of Global Institute, Lahore. All the candidates who want to get registered just go to official website of the HEC. Deadline for online Registration is 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 and test will be held on Sunday, 12th March 2023. HEC Special GAT Registration 2023
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the registration dates for the Special Graduate Assessment Test (SGAT) 2023. The SGAT will be administered by ETC (Education Testing Council) in order to recognize students’ degrees from unrecognized global institutes in Lahore. As a result, the commission decided to give the opportunity to the Global Institutes, Lahore’s 3006 Category C students and 3566 Category D students.
Special Graduate Assessment Test (SGAT) 2023 Examination Date
- The SGAT test Date is Sunday, March 12, 2023. Any changes to the test date, applicants will be informed via the websites www.hec.gov.pk and http://etc.hec.gov.pk.
- Applicants who register through the HEC online registration portal will be able to download their Roll Number Slip a week before the test date from http://etc.hec.gov.pk and their registered Email address.
- Registered applicants will also receive an email/SMS with the test date, time, and location. Candidates must provide valid email/mobile numbers on which they wish to receive Roll Number Slips when completing online application forms.
To enter the Test Centre on the Test Day, a print of the Roll Number Slip, the original paid Fee Challan, and the original CNIC will be required.

- Aspirant may choose any test center from the list (Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad) available in the application form.
- You should note that the said test will be held on any of above centers if minimum 250 Candidates choose that center.
- Candidates must mind it that you will not be able to change test center after registration once selected.
SGAT (Special GAT) Syllabus/Paper Pattern
The tests will take place in the cities mentioned above at the same time. Candidates may register through the online registration portal at http://etc.hec.gov.pk. In preparation for the test, the Content Weightages/ Syllabus will be available on the HEC website (Latest Announcements), for help and guidance.
How to Apply For Special GAT (SGAT) Online Registration 2023?
- Please visit the following link to register: http://etc.hec.gov.pk
- If you have any questions while registering online, please visit onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or visit HEC regional offices for assistance within four (04) days of the registration portal’s closure, which is January 31, 2023. (4 pm).
- Application submission consists of two steps: profile completion via the “My Profile” section and application submission via the “Special Graduates Assessment Test” links on the menu panel on the online portal’s left-hand side bar.
- Only applications that have been SUBMITTED will be considered for the (SGAT) Test, and applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will be ignored.
